Whereas, a vacancy has been created in the office of Burgess of the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania by the resignation of Donald O. Henderson.

Now therefore be it resolved, by the Borough of Bolivar in Council assembled, and it is hereby resolved by the authority of the same;

That, John E Snyder, a resident of the Borough of Bolivar is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term of the office of Burgess of Bolivar Borough

Resolved in Council this 3rd day of September A.D. 1957
