At a regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on April 1, 1985, the following Resolution was adopted and Approved.

Be it Resolved, and is herby Resolved: to amend Section five (5) of Ordinance # 60, Illegal Parking and setting cost of fines.

To lower cost of fine from Illegal Parking from $15.00 to $5.00.

Section (5) of Ordinance # 60 an be changed from time to time by Resolution of Council.
