At a regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on January 6, 1986, the following Resolution was adopted and approved.

Now on the 6th day of January 1986,

Be it Resolved, and is hereby Resolved: to appoint George Lichtenfels, a member of the Tri-Community Water and Sewage Authority Inc, to fill the vacancy and unexpired term of William Cunningham. Appointment ends January 1 1988
