At a special meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held in June 18, 1987 this Resolution was Adopted and Approved.

Be it Resolved, and is Hereby Resolved to submit a letter of intent to the Department of Community Affairs, Harrisburg PA for a grant for Funding for Parks and Recreation for: $20,000.00 in Funding for a Recreational Playground Area, with approved Bank Loan in Matching Funds if grant is approved.
