A Resolution to Give Consent for a Westmoreland County Demolition Program Application to be filed on Tax Map No. 05-01-16-0-040

And now, the borough of Bolivar Council members, after due consideration and discussion, sets forth the following Resolution:

1, The Borough of Bolivar Council members gives consent, pending Department of Community Affairs conditions and requirements being met, for a Westmoreland County Demolition Program Application to be filed on the structure on Second Street owned by Constance and Thomas Boyle, Tax Map NO. 05-01-16-0--040.

Therefore, Bolivar Borough, during a duly advertised meeting wherein a quorum was present, did affirm this Resolution by majority vote of the Council Members.

This Resolution enacted on the 12th day of September 1994, wherein said Resolution was adopted by majority vote of the Council members during a proper meeting of the Council members.
