Collection of County Taxes

Be it Resolved, that the Borough of Bolivar has historically had several taxes collectible by the County Tax Collection system. Certification of taxes due have been issued by the County which would include Municipal Taxes.

Whereas, it is the intent of the Borough to set forth a Resolution, authorizing the following in order to save administrative costs and duplication.

Be it Resolved, that

1. The Borough of Bolivar hereby moves that the Notice for the Collection of all Municipal taxes that are also sent out with the County collection process be moved from April 1 of each year to March 1 of each year.

Thereby, this Resolution is adopted this 23rd day of October 1996
