Resolution adopting an Ordinance for the permission to incur an indebtedness in Accordance with the Provisions of the Local Government Unite Debt Act

Whereas, the Borough Council of Bolivar intends to Enact the Passage of an Ordinance Permitting the Incurrence of Indebtedness in Accordance with the Provisions of the Local Government Unit Debt Act to incur an lease rental act in the amount of $1,350,000.00 requirement by Penn Vest Loan for the Tri-Community Water and Sewage Authority Project.
