Authorizing sale of a Police Uniform

Whereas, the Borough of Bolivar wishes to dispose of certain property belonging to said Borough, and

Whereas, the Borough of Bolivar wishes to comply with the provisions of Section 1201 (4) of the Borough Code,

Now therefore, be it resolved and it is resolved that the police uniform, formerly utilized by former officer Todd Courson, which uniform has an estimated value of fifty ($50.00) dollars, shall be sold to Mr. Todd Courson upon the payment of fifty ($50.00) dollars , unto the Borough
