Resolution authorizing the sale of personal property belonging to the Borough Pursuant to Section 1201 (ii) of the Borough Code for Bolivar Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania

Whereas, Bolivar Borough Council wished to sell a multi-purpose printer and facsimile machine owned by the Borough, and

Whereas, the borough received only one (1) offer, which was in the amount of $35.00 from Paul Bair.

Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Borough of Bolivar shall sell the multi-purpose printer and facsimile machine to Paul Bair upon the payment of $35.00
