Appointment of Mayor

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on January 7, 1974, the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that Bolivar Borough Council hereby appoints Edgar Dell as Mayor of Bolivar Borough to serve one term.
