1937

An Ordinance fixing the tax rate of the Borough of Bolivar for the year 1937. Be it ordained and enacted by the Town Council of the Borough of Bolivar in the County of Westmoreland, and State of Pennsylvania and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same.

Section I. That the tax rate for the year 1937 be, and the same is hereby fixed at (4) four mills for General Borough purposes, and (12) twelve mills for Sinking fund.

Section II. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith be and the same are herewith repealed.

Section III. Ordained and enacted by the Town Council of the Borough of Bolivar, in the county of Westmoreland, and the State of Pennsylvania lawfully assembled in said Borough this 7th day of January 1937
