Appointment of Auditor

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on July 3, 1974, the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that Bolivar Borough Council hereby appoints Elva Treasurer as Auditor of Bolivar Borough, to replace Cecilia Treasurer who resigned.
