Creation of Joint Tri-Community Sewage Facility Plan

Whereas - The Township of West Wheatfield, Indiana County, Pennsylvania is in need of a Sewage Collection and Treatment Facility.

Whereas, The Supervisors of West Wheatfield Township desires to join with the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and the Township of Fairfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania and develop a Sewage Facility Plan.

 Now, Therefore be it Resolved by the Supervisors of West Wheatfield Township

That, Gwin Engineers, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 1126 Eighth Avenue, Altoona Pennsylvania be engaged to prepare the Step 1 Grant Applications for the Sewerage Facilities Plan
