Cross reference Ordinance 64-3 as amended

Prohibiting the running at large of dogs in the Borough of Bolivar Penna.

Be it ordained and enacted by Borough of Bolivar in Council assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by Authority of Same

Section 1. It is unlawful for dogs to run at large in Borough of Bolivar Penna.

Section 2. Dogs must at all times be under the control of owner and when on the street must be restrained by leash.

Section 3. All unlicensed dogs running at large in the Borough of Bolivar, Penna. shall be shot on sight by any officer of the law.

Section 4. Any owner of any licensed dog who permits it to run at large in the Borough shall upon conviction pay a fine of not less than $5.00 no more than $25.00
