Be it enacted and ordained by the Borough of Bolivar, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same.

Section 1. That a tax be and the same hereby levied on all property and occupations within the Borough of Bolivar, subject to taxation, in the amount of ten (10) mills for the Borough purposes for the fiscal year 1954 as follows.

a. For General Government purposes, Protection of Persons, and Property, Health and Sanitation, Highways, Special Services and Miscellaneous.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or parts of any Ordinance conflicting with this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
