Release of Right of Entry Agreement

At a General All Purpose Meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on January 15, 1979 the following Resolution was presented for adoption.

Resolved, to execute the Release and Right of Entry Agreement between the Re-development Authority of Community Affairs, of Greensburg Pennsylvania, Westmoreland county, and the Borough of Bolivar Pa for a certain parcel of land known as Parcel # 79, Tax # 050204079, Lots # 37 through 56 located on Lincoln Street in the Borough of Bolivar.
