Adoption of Budget for year 1981

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on January 5, 1981 the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, to adopt a Budget for the year 1981, in the amount of $63,795.00. Tax structure being 15 mills real estate, 1/2 of 1% earn income, $5.00 per capita, 1/2 of 1% real estate transfer tax.
