Appointment of Council Member

At the regular monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on May 3, 1982 the following Resolution was adopted and approved.

Resolved, to appoint Jo Anna Lichtenfels, to replace Clyde Nixon, appointment ends December 31 1983. Seat was declared vacant by vote of Council for failure to attend Council Meetings.
