Paving Contract

At a Special Meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on July 18, 1983, the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, to Award Paving Contract to Donegal Construction Co, RD # 5 Box 34, Latrobe PA for paving various streets in the Borough. Total bid $14,016.00
