Purchase of equipment from GSA

At the regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on July 11 1982 the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, An Administrative Resolution for Cooperative Purchase of (Act 31, of 1971) to request participation in and purchase of purchase contracts for materials, supplies and equipment entered into by the Department of General Services, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Section 2403) regarding purchase terms, conditions and payments.
