Old Business:

Update on CDBG grant approved for 2025 – Doc signed and returned to county
Update on replacement for Sec/ Treas position – need approval for reposting
Spoke to Travis Shaw Somerset Trust asking to raise ATM rate from $250 to $300 per month. He to check with Eric and Adam and get back with me. As of Dec 1, return call was placed to Travis awaiting his response.
He stated the current lease ran out Nov 7 2024, and option to renew by them was made until Nov 7 2029. Travis called said the attorneys are looking into the contract. There is an option pertaining to utility hikes. He said if lawyers put that option in the contract then they could raise the amount to $300. If not then we would have to wait until Nov 7 2029 to change the contract.

Reminder to all new council persons and Mayor to get sworn in before Jan meeting to be able to vote.
