At a regular meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held on October 1, 1984 the following Resolution was presented to council for Adoption and Approved.

Resolved to adopt, execute, and approve Ordinance #5 of 1984

An Ordinance Amending Ordinance # 4 of 1984 so as to prohibit certain Obstructions and Activities on Lands located or partial or entirely within any flood identified flood plain area.
