Bolivar Council Meetings are held the 1st Thursday Of each Month at 7 PM through out the year except for January. During January meeting the Council has a re-organization meeting that starts at 6:30 pm prior to the regular meeting. The January meeting is held the 1st Monday of the New Year. All public is welcome to attend the meetings.
