Be it Resolved, that during a duly noticed meeting on the 11th day of September 1995, wherein a quorum was present as per Article VII

Whereas, this Resolution was approved to be read at a regular meeting on the 11th day of September 1995,

Whereas, on this date being a regular meeting, this said Resolution was considered and approved by two-thirds vote of all the members present at this meeting pursuant to Article VII,;

Therefore, be it resolved that the following Municipal claim is approve by the Borough of Bolivar, that Dorinda Cunningham is liable for the amount of $77.44 plus costs and interest s attested by the Council members hereinafter.
