Be it enacted and ordained by the Borough of Bolivar and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same.

Section 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property and occupations within the Borough of Bolivar subject to taxation in the amount of 10 mills, for Borough purposes for the fiscal year 1959 as follows .

a. For General Government purposes, Protection of persons and property, health, and sanitation, highways, special services and miscellaneous.

Section 2. That all Ordinance or parts of any Ordinance conflicting with this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed,
