Number 1: Making Wanda Clawson who was Tax Collector of the Bolivar School Board formerly, to be appointed by the Borough of Bolivar to be Tax Officer for the tax imposed by Ordinance Number 66 - 3 which was passes by Borough Council on May 2, 1966.

Number 2: That the proper officers of Bolivar Borough are hereby authorized and directed to obtain a Bond for the above appointee, as required by the Statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Resolved and enacted in Council this 2nd day of May 1966.
