Release From Liability

Know All Persons By These Presents that the Borough of Bolivar (herein Releasers"), with intent to legally bind ourselves, our respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, do execute this release in favor of Bolivar Volunteer Fire Company (here 'Releasee") their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

The undersigned hereby voluntarily and knowingly Waives, Releases, and Discharges Releasee, their heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns who may become liable to Releasers, from all claims, liability, demands, costs, charges, expenses, actions, causes of action, judgments, and executions (hereinafter Claims) that may originate after the execution of this Release from Liability and which arise from any type of possible future property damage, or bodily injury, physical, mental, or otherwise (hereinafter Occurrence), incurred by Releaser, or its employees or representatives, while utilizing high pressure water to clear certain storm drain lines in the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania

Releasers hereby acknowledge and understand that by agreeing to this Release From Liability, the Releasers are giving up certain legal rights and remedies that they may ordinarily be legally entitled to invoke or assert provided that an occurrence took place while Releaser was clearing said drain lines. Releasers further acknowledge that they understand that this Release from Liability prevents Releasers from asserting or pursuing any claims whatsoever against Bolivar Volunteer Fire Company.
