Tax Ordinance for 1953

Be it enacted and ordained by the Borough of Bolivar, and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same.

Section 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied on all property and occupations within the Borough of Bolivar, subject to taxation, in the amount of 10 mills, for Borough purposed for the fiscal year of 1953 as follows:

For General Government purposes, protection of persons, and property, health and sanitation, highways, special services and miscellaneous.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or parts of any Ordinance conflicting with this Ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed.
