Fixing the tax rate for the Borough of Bolivar PA.

Be it ordained and enacted by the Town council of the Bolivar borough in the county of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by authority of the same.

Section1. That the tax rate for the year 1937 be and the same hereby fixed at 4 mills for general Borough purposes and 12 mills for Sinking Fund.

Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith by and the same are hereby repealed.

Ordained and enacted by the Town Council of the Borough of Bolivar in the County of Westmoreland and State of Pennsylvania lawfully assembled in said borough this 7th day of January 1937.
