Resolution authorizing the Appointment of a Tax Collector pursuant to Section 901 of the Borough Code for the Borough of Bolivar, County of Westmoreland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Whereas, Anna Faust, having served as tax collector of the Bolivar Borough, resigned his position, effective March 20, 2009, and

Whereas, said resignation was accepted and approved by vote of the Council of Bolivar Borough on March 5, 2009, and

Whereas, Wanda Clawson has qualified to hold the position of Tax Collector.

Now therefore be it resolved, that the Borough of Bolivar hereby appoints Wanda Clawson to the position of Tax Collector of the Borough of Bolivar.
