Appointment of Harry Mears to Council.

At the monthly meeting of the Bolivar Borough Council held July 2, 1973, the following Resolution was adopted.

Resolved, that Bolivar Borough Council hereby appoints Harry A. Mears, as Councilman, to serve the unexpired term of Robert G. Cunningham which expires December 31, 1973
