A Resolution of the Borough of Bolivar rescinding the September 13, 1993 motion to be named in a lawsuit by the Citizens Against The Consolidation for Education

Be it resolved that:
We the Borough of Bolivar hereby pass a Resolution that we are against the School District Consolidation. We agree to notify our desire not to consolidate and our moral support of the Citizens Group Efforts.

However, Bolivar Borough cannot participate in the Lawsuit nor underwrite the Citizens or the Citizens Group Efforts in any way as it stands presently.

Duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Borough of Bolivar held on the 4th day of October 1993.
